How To Communicate With The Archangels

The following is what I know and have learned form working with the Seven Archangels.

As I write this, Archangel Gabriel is here assisting with this writing. I asked Gabriel to assist because my desire is to give you the information that will be of most value to you.

I could write about angels for over 50 pages but if you are like me you don't want to read endless pages on the net.

(Interesting side note: As I go back and edit pages, I remember this was the first or one of the first pages I wrote for this site. We've grown bigger than I ever thought we would.)

So, I have reduced the information here to what is most helpful for you to know.

Getting Quiet

Archangels and Develop Psychic Abilities

You can communicate with your archangels quite easily but the reason most people don't hear them is because they have too much noise going on inside of them.

Our minds are constantly going. The messages the archangels deliver are subtle so if you are not listening and attuned to them, you will miss them..

To hear the angels, you need to get quiet with yourself. One way to get quiet is to get out of your head and more connected to your feelings.

The reason I say get more connected to your self, rather than do a traditional meditation is because many people, including myself find it difficult to meditate.

These are good ways to help develop your psychic abilities.

There are many other ways to reach a meditative state rather than the traditional way.

You can take a walk in nature, immerse yourself in a sea salt bath, spend time with your pet, read verses from a spiritual text, listen to music, or paint.

Anything that allows you to become one with what you are doing and connect with your higher self is a meditation.

Doing the dishes or watching a sunset can be a meditation.You have to do what is right for you and fits in with your lifestyle. If you are one of those people, who is able to and enjoys meditating the traditional way, then by all means do that.

In the end though, what is important is to try and shift your consciousness from having your mind go from thought to thought to practicing mindfulness.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is simply bringing your attention to whatever you are doing in the present moment.

One way to practice mindfulness is to be aware of your breathing.

Let yourself take some deep breaths in and out while putting your whole attention on your breathing.

You should notice you come more back to your body and are less in your head.

Another technique that I find helpful is to imagine yourself a little bit in back of yourself looking down from above. This is a good way to practice detachment.

Another way to practice minfulness is to listen completely when someone else is speaking.

Take in not only what they are saying but acknowledge their unique view of the world even though it may differ with yours.

When you eat, savor your food. Really taste what you are eating. So many times, we eat while we are doing something else that we forget to be present.

I find I have to remind myself to concentrate on thinking about what I'm eating.

But when I do, I enjoy my food so much better, I eat less, and I feel more fulfilled. In time, this will become more of a habit like anything else.

Lastly, when you walk be aware of your feet as they hit the ground and when they leave it. This helps you to feel grounded in your body.

Another technique that I learned recently has been quite effective in bringing my awareness back to the present moment. Get into a comfortable place, take a couple of deep breaths and put your attention on the center of your head.

You can imagine yourself taking a sponge and cleaning out any thoughts if that helps.

As you focus all your attention on the center of your head check in with your body and see how you feel. You should now be in a place where all of your attention is here and now.

Achieving that inner tranquil place is key because that is what makes it possible for you to talk with your angels.

It doesn't matter in the beginning if you feel like you are making it up or it's all in your imagination. The important part is to be talking to them.

Calling on Your Angels

You can ask your angels for help with anything and everything. They can be in more than one place so you are not taking them away from something more important if you ask them for something more trivial, such as help finding a parking place.

Angels are actually known for finding parking spots. I had an amazing encounter with this last month.

I was going to a restaurant downtown on a Friday night at 7:00 p.m. There are only a handful of spots in the back of the restaurant that are free.

The chances of me getting one of those spots at that time on a Friday night is next to impossible. Normally, I don't even bother to look; I just park in the paying lot next door.

But on this particular night, I asked the angels to help me find a spot and unbelievably, just as I was pulling in, a car was pulling out.

A few seconds later, and the timing would have been off. It was nothing less than amazing. They are very good. I find parking spaces all the time with the help of my angels. The archangels can also help you with more important issues such as finding your life purpose, your soul mate, healing a part of your body, a house move, and removing toxins from your environment or body.
