Energy Healing_ Techniques
The following are energy healing_ techniques you can do right now to help you move past your blocks.
Release Your Energy Block Exercise
If you are not in a place where you will be undisturbed for the next 15 minutes, put a do not disturb sign on your door or go into another room.
Now that you are settled, get yourself into a relaxed position.
Next, close your eyes and feel a gold light coming into the center of your head and filling you up.
Feel this gold filling up any places in your body where you felt depleted and run down.
Hold the belief that the universe is supporting you.
Tell yourself the universe wants me to succeed and to bring me all the abundance I desire. (and know that this is true).
After you have imagined gold filling up inside of your head, shoulders, arms, torso, stomach, legs, and feet, go ahead and feel it going into all of your cells.
Next, feel the gold expanding to the energy space all around you. Feel your energy being filled to the brim with energy from the universe.
Stay with this energy for a few minutes and then open your eyes.
Continue to the second exercise when you are ready.
Present Moment Awareness Exercise
So many times we are thinking about things as we go through our day.
We're thinking about what happened yesterday, something we have to do tommorrow or next week, something that happened with a significant other, worried about something, and so on, that we lose our focus or present moment awareness.
This next exercise is a powerful energy healing_ technique that will help to bring you back to your body so you are fully present with all of your power in the only moment that exists, now.
Imagine a magnet in the middle of your head. This magnet is helping to bring back all of your scattered moments through out the day.
See them all coming back from so many places. Visualize your thoughts/energy coming back to you.
Next, imagine a connection going down to the center of the earth. This will help you to let go of any beliefs that aren't serving you.
Allow the gold light to come through and flush out old layers of what you had to be that was other than your true self.
Let go of anything that is limiting you so you can be your true authentic self for the rest of your life.

When you feel ready go on to the last energy healing_ exercise.
True Fulfillment Excercise
Turn your mind off for a moment. Feel in your body the last time you felt completely fulfilled.
If you can't remember a time then feel what true fulfillment would feel like. Ask yourself, "How do you want to live the rest of your life?"
Feel what that feels like. Dream how you would like your life to go.
Go deep and really feel the feelings. Let these feelings expand to your whole body.
Next, put a bubble in front of you. Put a magnet in the bubble. Allow every block between you and every fulfillment to flow into the bubble.
Then imagine another bubble off to the side that will hold your power. See a gold filter between the two bubbles.
Place another magnet in this bubble and take the power out the first bubble. Feel all your power being sucked out of the first bubble into the second.
Then, bring back your power into your body. Go ahead and pop that balloon. The other balloon might look shriveled in size by now. Pop that bubble too.
Imagine you are in a place that is unconditional love. Feel that you are fully supported by the universe.
Next, ask yourself, "What is the next right step to allow abundance to come into my life?"
And then see what feelings, and images you receive. If this is uncomfortable it just means the exercise is working.
You might need to do it a few times before you feel comfortable letting the true answer about what your authentic life would look like come forth into your consciousness.
We get used to our lives and change is scary. You can change your life though. These are real ways of working with energy.
They are powerful energy healing_ tools. The first time I tried them I was surprised at what came up for me as far as what would be my next right move to letting abundance into my life.
I fought it a little at first. After doing it the second or third time I realized how smart and correct this choice was for me.
My intellectual self couldn't accept it at first but my higher self knew the right action.
24 hours after doing this exercise I had some very surprising positive changes take place in my life.
A few weeks later, they are still taking place.
