To calculate your numerology destiny or life path number you add up all the numbers in your birthday.
So, if your birthday is April 20, 1971, you would add 4 (the month) + 2 + 0 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 1 to get 24.
You always keep reducing until you get a single digit.

So now you have 24. Next, you would reduce that by adding 2 + 4 = 6. You now know your life path or destiny number is 6.
