Psychic Email ReadingsHow I Prepare For A Reading First, I meditate. This is important because it allows me to leave my thoughts (left brain) and get to that still and quiet place. From this quiet place, I am able to receive clear messages from Spirit.
I need to open my right brain to receive the images, knowledge, feelings, and auditory messages.
Picture a perfectly still lake. Now picture a pebble being thrown into the center of the lake. When a pebble is thrown into the lake, you can see ripples reverberate from the center of the lake all the way to the outer edges. You can see the disturbance of a pebble sometimes for miles if the lake is calm enough to begin with. It is similiar analogy in that when my mind is quiet, tiny (subtle) vibration transmitted from spirit can be received. If the lake was filled with screaming kids playing and a pebble was thrown in, you would not be able to see or feel anything. This is similiar in that if my mind is filled with thoughts (noise) I can't hear or pick up on a subtle vibration sent by my guides. I wouldn't be able to trust or discern that what I was receiving was for you or something that I made up. Quieting my mind and body allows me to be a fine tuned antennae so I can pick up on these subtle vibrations that are sent by my guides.
How Do I Receive MessagesI receive messages all ways. I am clairvoyant, meaning I receive images; clairaudient meaning I will receive auditory messages; claircognizant, meaning I have a knowing; and clairesentient, meaning I receive feelings.I am also an empath meaning I pick up on other people's thoughts and energy. The two that I have utilized the longest (since childhood) are clairesentience, and claircognizance.
I channel my guides, your guides, the angels, and the Akashic Records. After I meditate, I say a prayer which connects me to the Akashic Records. I am then able to get direct messages about your life from your Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones.
